These Terms of Service apply to your use of movetolearnkids.com and to any purchase from Levyero ("Move to Learn", "we", "us"). By using our site or buying our products, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell digital books (PDF downloads), including Made to Move, Made to Focus and the Complete Learning Pack. After payment, you'll receive a download link by email. Nothing is shipped.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Your license to use our books
When you buy a book, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to:
- download it, view it on your own devices and print copies for use in your own home;
- use the games with your own children and family.
You may not:
- share, forward, upload or resell the files, or give them to people outside your household;
- use the books in a paid class, daycare, school, therapy practice or other business without our written permission;
- copy, modify or republish the text, illustrations or characters.
Files may be marked with the buyer's name, email or order number. Your license ends automatically if you receive a refund, file a chargeback, or share, upload or resell the files. We may disable download access and decline future orders in these cases.

Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our books, including text, illustrations, characters and design, belongs to Levyero and is protected by copyright.
Safety and adult supervision
Our books contain physical movement games for young children. An adult should supervise every activity. Before playing:
- clear the play area of sharp corners, breakable objects and tripping hazards;
- choose games that suit your child's age, abilities and space;
- stop any activity if your child seems tired, uncomfortable or unwell.
You are responsible for deciding which activities are appropriate for your child and for supervising play.
Not medical or professional advice
Our books offer play-based activities inspired by child development research. They are not medical, therapeutic, psychological or educational treatment, and they do not diagnose, treat or replace care for any condition, including ADHD, developmental delays or sensory needs. Every child develops differently, and results vary. If you have concerns about your child's health or development, please talk to your pediatrician or a qualified professional.
References to research on our website describe general principles of child development. They do not mean that those researchers or institutions have reviewed, endorsed or tested our books.
Refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies after you have played with the books for at least 7 days and tried at least 5 different games, and is limited to one refund per customer. When you request a refund, you must confirm in writing that you have deleted all copies of the files. Once a refund is issued, your license ends, your download access is disabled, and any further use, printing or sharing of the books is a breach of these terms. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move to Learn is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website, including activities carried out using our books. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation. We may update or remove content on the site at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
